Socially responsible

At EBIR we see Corporate Social Responsibility as a committed form of management that actively and voluntarily contributes towards achieving a balance in society, the economy and the environment.
Beyond mere compliance with current legislation, we are committed to responsible behaviour that provides added value to our society.

Our initiatives are currently based on the following three lines:

• Team

Precisely because of this, EBIR maintains a particular relationship with each of its workers, focusing primarily on stability, ongoing training and a work-life balance through flexible timetables. We should also point out that all relations stem from a strong commitment to our business ethnics.

• Enviroment

ECODESIGN - We have incorporated ecodesign methodology in our product development, striving to minimise their environmental impact throughout their life cycle.

• Social Action

At EBIR we support the work of various non-governmental organisations with which we regularly collaborate, in addition to buying our free gifts for clients and workers via Fair Trade. Our most recent work to help society has been the funding of a water treatment plant in Chone, Ecuador.
